Accessibility statement for the Alan.com website and Alan apps

This page presents the partial accessibility notice resulting from the audit conducted by Access42.

ALAN is committed to making its websites and mobile apps accessible in line with Article 47 of Law no. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005.

Our latest full audit (August 2026) identified future accessibility improvements for our extended web platform and mobile app. We acknowledge these findings and are actively addressing them through a dedicated accessibility program launched in October 2025.

Our roadmap for corrective actions by the end of 2027 includes:

  • Bringing our design system into compliance, prioritizing interactive components that can be operated with a keyboard and a screen reader
  • Improving key journeys: reimbursement requests, access to the third-party payment card, contacting support
  • Fixing the document structure of the member area, and fixing forms and data tables

Over a three-year horizon (2026-2029), we are committed to extending these fixes across the whole website and apps, to making our automated accessibility checks systematic so that regressions are prevented, and to having our accessibility assessed every year by an independent third party.

This page is updated after each audit, and at least once a year.

If you have accessibility issues, email us at [email protected]; we will provide an alternative access route as soon as possible.

This accessibility statement applies to the website alan.com and the Alan France Health Insurance app version 1.465.0 on Android and 1.463.0 on iOS.

Accessibility features available

The website offers a high contrast mode, which increases color contrast and underlines links to make them more visible. To turn it on, open the “Accessibility” menu, and enable the “High contrast” option. Your choice is kept from one visit to the next.

This mode is currently available on the login page, in the member area and in the admin area. Extending it to every page of the website is in progress.

The website and the apps are also designed to work with the accessibility settings of your operating system, browser and phone: text enlargement, screen reader, voice control, keyboard navigation. The non-compliances listed below currently limit how well some of these work.
