Accessibility statement

This page presents the partial accessibility notice resulting from the audit conducted by Access42.

 Sommaire

ALAN is committed to making its websites and mobile apps accessible in line with Article 47 of Law no. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005.

Our latest full audit (September 2025) identified future accessibility improvements for our extended web platform and mobile app. We acknowledge these findings and are actively addressing them through a dedicated accessibility program launched in October 2025.

Our roadmap for corrective actions by the end of Q1 2026 includes:

  • Bringing our design system into compliance, prioritizing interactive content to support keyboard navigation and screen readers
  • Improving key journeys: reimbursement requests, access to the third-party payment card, contacting support

If you have accessibility issues, email us at [email protected]; we will provide an alternative access route as soon as possible.

This accessibility statement applies to the website alan.com and the Alan France Health Insurance app version 1.416.0.
