      How to contact Alan as a member?

      Our customer service is there to answer your contact requests. We answer your questions on weekdays from 09:00-17:00. Because of privacy, we can not allow you to contact customer support directly without being logged in to the app. If you are already a member but have not received your login credentials yet, please reach out to HR at your employer.

      How do we answer your questions?

      At Alan, our mission is to make health more human and transparent. Here, the "support team" or "customer success" is called the Care Team and its members "Care experts" because the notion of help and benevolence towards our members is central to the experience we offer. The answers to your questions are written by HUMANS.

      How to reach us by phone?

      We do not do telephone customer service at Alan's. It allows us to be faster to answer you, it saves you from having to explain everything to us every time. Indeed, as soon as you contact us, we can find the problems you have already encountered and provide you with a faster response.
