      We cover 80% of your out of pocket medical expenses, if prescribed by a doctor, within a total year limit of €1000 or €2500.

      Option: Add dental insurance

      80% reimbursement of dental costs with an approved dental plan via the Alan app. Reimbursed up to a yearly limit of €1000 or €2500, shared with your daily care coverage.

      Are there any coverage restrictions?

      Please read the insurance product information sheet (IPID) for a detailed overview of coverage limitations.

      • Reimbursement at 80% of medical expenses without hospitalization and limited to €1,000 or €2,500 (as specified in the Special Conditions) per insurance year per insured person.
      • Limit of €85 on spectacle frames, with a maximum of 1 spectacle frame and 1 pair of spectacle lenses every 36 months.
      • Limit of € 35 on the refund for vaccines.
      • Limit of 100€ on reimbursement for food supplements and vitamins.
      What is not covered?

      Please read the insurance product information sheet (IPID) for a detailed overview of what is not covered.

      • Care not listed in the section 'What is insured?' and in particular: contraception, surrogacy, refractive eye surgery, thermalism, thalassotherapy, hygienic-dietetic therapy, breastfeeding advice, sleep coaching.
      • Care not prescribed and provided by an INAMI recognized care provider, or the care provided by a homeopath, osteopath, chiropractor not recognized by the health insurance fund, or care provided by an acupuncturist not recognized by the professional association.
      • Care resulting from drug use, alcohol abuse or as a result of an intentional or reckless act.
      • Aesthetic treatments, or functional/subjective ailments whose cause or symptoms cannot be medically explained.
